With global rising mental health issues, there’s still a lot of stigma and unawareness around the topic of mental health. Most people are unaware that it affects other aspects of your life or fear sharing their struggles. The pressure on today’s society is high and the numbers of Millennials and Gen Z getting burned out on such a young age has never been this high before. Removing the stigma to work on your mental health is the first - giant - step into growing.
With Not Your Therapist, Anuroopa helps other women in business with their Imposter Syndrome, insecurity in the work field and other struggles. Being mentally fit affects all aspects of your life and it’s the most luxurious good one could have.

One of the pillars of Not Your Therapist is offering a safe space to all clients. This is our foundation for everything we’ve created. The website is designed to feel inviting and hopefull, even if you struggle with your mental health. The tone-of-voice is adjusted to be non-judgemental, open and friendly.
Mental health is not just a business for Anuroopa, but a way of living. With this in mind we’ve created the online Drop Box. A place where anyone can share their struggles that they can’t share in their own enviroments - completely free & anonymous.

COLLATERAL DESIGN
Inspired by an (online) safe space and the motto that it’s OK not to be OK, we’ve created custom templates that makes sure everything is clear for Anuroopa’s clients. From branded on- and offboarding files to a clear Notion Client Portal with room for journaling, writing and more and Not Your Therapists first physical product: a binder for clients to use during their program.

When we first met, Anuroopa was active solely on her Instagram page sharing tips mixed with her daily coffees. When in conversation about her vision, it became clear that Not Your Therapist is more than just sharing that cup of coffee.
